Watertown Regional Medical Center

Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at a private clinic supporting, and located within Trek Bicycle Corporation, in Waterloo WI. The LPN will perform in accordance with hospital standards and policies, and will work in collaboration with Trek, WRMC Clinic Manager and other clinic staff. Will be a patient service-oriented team player who is responsible for supporting the clinics by providing a variety of services for preparing and maintaining patient records, preparing patients for physician, other providers, or nurses, interacting maintaining optimal patient flow and assists with patient care as directed.

Qualifications

Completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program is Required.  

Experience working in a outpatient medical clinic preferred. 

CPR upon hire or within 60 days.

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills and behaviors

Keyboarding skills including word processing

Ability to take vital signs.

Knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate for the ages and developmental needs of patients served.
