The Lead Production Designer will be responsible for overseeing the production of all design projects from conception to final delivery. They will work closely with other product teams to ensure that all design work is executed to the highest standard, and that all deadlines are met. The Lead Production Designer will be responsible for leading a team of production designers and ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of all design projects, from concept to final delivery

• Ensure that all design work is executed to the highest standard

• Work closely with product teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget

• Lead a team of production designers, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest standard

• Create production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met

• Review all work before delivery to ensure that it meets the project requirements and is of the highest quality

• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring that they are satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service provided

• Work closely with a project manager to ensure that all projects are completed within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or a related field or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in design production, preferably in an agency setting

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Figma

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively

• Experience working with product designers and managing relationships

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,625.00 - $299,375.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
