2023 Summer Intern – Finance Operations

Summary:
ADT is offering an exciting opportunity to join our 2023 Summer Internship Program. This will be a 10-week program to attract emerging talent eager to learn and be a part of ADT’s success as we continue to empower customers to protect and connect to what matters most through safe, smart and sustainable solutions.

Finance Operations Intern Program:

The Finance Operations Intern will gain knowledge of ADT’s Installation, Service & Customer Service departments, and will participate in project work aimed at improving efficiencies and the cost of servicing our customers. Throughout the 10-week internship, you will collaborate with ADT’s leadership team to gather data, perform analyses, and present your recommendations to senior ADT executives at the end of your internship. Through hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to immediately navigate and own a project, while working in a dynamic team environment. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have outstanding networking opportunities with peers and senior finance executives and leaders which will facilitate your visibility and growth within ADT.

Qualifications:

• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields


• Must be graduating between November 2023 and June 2024


• Able to work full time, 40 hours per week during the summer months

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles or advanced accounting principles


• Sophisticated Excel skills and strong modeling and financial valuation skills

• Solves problems and develops new methods of analysis to streamline decision-making


• Proactive and solution-oriented approach towards business problems and process improvements.

• High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity and biased toward action

Work Location:

This role offers the following work appropriately strategies:

• Hybrid : This position does not require an employee to be onsite full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work at a ADT facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired.

• Remote : This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis
