OneMain is launching a new business line and is seeking a Business Analyst to join the growing and entrepreneurial Credit Card team in Charlotte, NC.

This person will support the Head of Card Growth and Transformation to drive customer acquisition and ensure on-time delivery of new products and product features. This person will also provide administrative support for the team and keep the newly opened Charlotte office running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, adept at juggling different tasks, detailed, and able to work autonomously. Training and support to be provided as long as aptitude and appetite are there. This role is a terrific learning opportunity for someone looking to better understand a range of business functions.

What we will want you to do:

  • Help drive customer acquisition by supporting execution of online advertising, direct mail and other marketing efforts
  • Provide project management support for product launches and releases, including building and managing timelines and tracking progress
  • As needed, support customer marketing, operations, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, scheduling domestic travel and preparing expense reports, as needed, and providing general administrative support to employees.
Skills or experiences we want you to have:

  • High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years work experience with a track record of driving positive change and results
  • Office experience a plus, but not required
  • Highly curious with an aptitude for learning and taking on new challenges
  • Positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and always eager to help out
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and office hardware
