Account Receivable Analyst
About the Role:
The Accounts Receivable analyst maintains the collection, reconciliation, and resolution of assigned Accounts Receivable balances for a large dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role professionally collects and reconciles Accounts Receivable balances both timely and accurately ensuring targeted metrics are achieved.
What You'll Do:
Achieves account reconciliation on assigned accounts with minimal guidance based on Authority Matrix Levels.
Research account receivable histories of new and existing customers with minimal guidance.
Contacts customers for payment information based on aging and review code categories.
Identify issues blocking payment.
Recognize red flags on accounts and bring to the attention of management.
Performs reconciliations of accounts with minimal guidance.
Identify next step for resolution.
Manages discrepancies and other open issues to ensure timely resolution.
Completes applications within compliance guidelines.
Accurately researches invoice and credit memo histories of new and existing customers.
On call during non-standard work hours as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience:
High School Graduate required; Associate Degree preferred.
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills:
Competence in in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry.
Knowledge of account reconciliation, credit procedures, and the RMA/Program process (from issuance of RMA# to credit processing or Program Extension to Program Conclusion).
Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills:
Ability to identify accounts receivable issues and engage in problem resolution.
Strong organizational skills with effective time management and multi-tasking abilities to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Clear verbal and written communication in English and other local/regional languages.
Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and build effective working relationships.

Adaptability and Resilience:
Capacity to adapt to change and work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.

General Capabilities:
Competence in basic mathematical calculations and attention to detail.
Quick learner, able to use office equipment and computer systems at a basic level.
Working Conditions:
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Professional, office environment.
Hybrid (In office 2days and Remote 3 days - subject to change as per business needs)
