About role and team:
The Cloud Systems & Services team is responsible for the vendor purchasing, credit monitoring and billing process of their assigned vendors. This includes offering shared services through TD SYNNEX owned Shared Service Center outsourced to service partners.
An important role or this specialist will be to design, implement, and own on an ongoing basis a scalable central billing and monitoring service aligned to TD SYNNEX’s platform offerings as well as applicable Cloud Vendors. The specialist will work closely with Vendors and TD SYNNEX Country sales teams to ensure appropriate service levels are provided to Super Users, End Users, and Customers.
What you will do:
Responsible for the end to end billing process for assigned vendors.
Ensure billing accuracy and execution.
Assist Partners and Business Units Leaders in billing queries.
Continuously develop and improve billing processes to accommodate vendor changes.
Actively participate with project team as billing expert to aid in the design and implementation of new processes and systems.
Manage and escalate the billing support relationship with vendors.
Ensure appropriate training and self–actualization of skills for all staff for new offerings
Manage constant communication with countries and other stakeholders around processes. This includes management of escalations
Appropriate consultation with management around new courses of actions and design
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
5-10 years of general professional experience, including at least 1 year in billing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Knowledge of the cloud industry and its billing dynamics is nice to have
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to embrace changing tools and processes.
Familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Experience working in an international environment.
Occasionally travel within Europe
