Monitor Engineer

岗位职责：

1.仓库实时监控。通过网络及相应监控工具，实时远程监控公司全球范围内的库房；

2.库房发生紧急事件需第一时间联系当地警察局、消防局等部门。

3. 网络实时状态监控。使用特定监控工具，通过邮件实时监控公司全球网络运行情况，避免生产线受到影响。

4.服务器实时监控。通过邮件形式监控公司服务器状态，及时联系相应管理/维护人员处理问题。

5.应用程序实时监控。通过后台监控工具和邮件实时监控与公司业务相关的应用程序，及时发现问题并联系相关人员解决问题。

6.电话呼叫/转接服务。为公司内部全球客户提供呼叫/转接等服务，提高解决问题的效率。 Key Skills
