Private Label Credit Card Program Manager
The role will manage all PLCC strategies related to member acquisition and retention while increasing customer lifetime value through relevant offers and communications and ongoing improvement of the customer experience.
Major Activities
- Manage the strategic development and execution of a best-in-class private label credit card program
- Define and execute the integrated PLCC marketing plan across multiple channels in accordance with the PLCC strategic vision
- Closely partner with Store Leadership and Operations teams to drive Credit Card acquisition and usage
- Drive the design, development and execution of the PLCC strategies to deliver personalized, targeted and relevant communications throughout the customer journey
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams (i.e. Creative, Branding, Digital Marketing, etc.) to manage and execute all campaigns in accordance with established PLCC strategies
- Oversee the communications plan to support PLCC program objectives, collaborating with marketing, insights, analytics, creative teams, and ADS
- Ideate and execute outbound PLCC campaigns across multiple channels (landing pages, direct mail, email, push, etc.)
- Ensure all operational and financial reports are accurate and validate/control revenue and incentives from ADS and costs related to the program are being delivered as expected
- Draft campaign and creative brief and strategy documents
- Draft technical requirement documents for IT and development partners
- Manage or participate in vendor management activities
- Support QA and proofing of PLCC campaigns
- Ensure all program compliance and legal requirements are satisfied
- Monitor and analyze program performance to optimize program value for customers and the company
- Utilize customer insights to understand and engage customers with appropriate program communications, relevant benefits, events, and other program components.
- Ensure all operational and financial reports are accurate and ensure the program is administered efficiently and effectively
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize PLCC initiatives, expand exclusive benefits and enhance the cardholder experience

Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
- Strong project management skills, highly organized, and demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
- 7+ years of progressively responsible marketing management roles
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM/Loyalty or Credit Card Programs
- Demonstrated proficiency of marketing functions and competencies, including strategic planning, program management and measurement
- Experience working collaboratively with internal and external partners
Other
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a cross functional environment.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Preferred Type of Experience the Job Requires
- eCommerce, retail or agency customer experience a plus
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in a multi-channel marketing environment
- Experience giving direction to and managing agency and outside partner relationships
- 7+ years of experience in Credit Card Programs
