Vendor Program Analyst

About the Role:

This role is responsible for validating, entering, activating, maintaining and troubleshooting all special pricing agreements, promotions and reduced price programs provided by TD SYNNEX Vendor Partners.

This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work, depending on your geographical location. However, if you are located within 50 miles of a TD SYNNEX office, a hybrid work model will be required, with 2 days per week in-office.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for receiving and reviewing any special pricing agreements received from vendors

• Responsible for either entering or activating the special pricing in the system (4 eyes principal) per specified documentation from the vendor

• Manages order release to ensure compliance with vendor requirements for end user specific pricing and other special terms and conditions as stated by the vendor.

• Responsible for ensuring all vendor documentation is saved for audit and dispute research

• Responsible for maintaining any changes made by the vendor per proper documentation

• Troubleshoots program related questions from sales, Product Marketing, etc.

What We're Looking For:

• Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED), Preferred Education bachelor’s degree.

• Adaptable to change and able to adjust as needed.

• Capable of building solid, effective working relationships with others.

• Able to work constructively under stress and pressure, especially with high workloads and deadlines.

• Clear and effective communicator, able to convey necessary information.

• Provides courteous and timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong data entry skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

• Able to remain immobile for extended periods.

• Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technology.
