IT Support Analyst III
The IT Support Analyst III will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our desktop environment, focusing on systems configuration, deployment, and management using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in desktop support, a strong understanding of SCCM, and the ability to lead projects that enhance our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain SCCM infrastructure for efficient software deployment.
• Manage and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for desktop management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve desktop-related issues.
• Experience with Intune for MDM and Windows devices
• Monitor and manage SPAM and email quarantine systems to ensure email security and protect against threats.
• Maintain phishing detection solutions to safeguard against email-based attacks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior desktop engineers.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Evaluate and recommend new desktop technologies and tools to improve user experience.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects related to desktop environments.
• Document technical processes and create user training materials.
• On-call on a rotational basis
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or a similar role.
• Strong experience with SCCM, including installation, configuration, and management.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
• Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with phishing prevention techniques and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
