Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

特定部署、特定領域におけるHRビジネスパートナリング業務をお任せします。具体的には、採用・処遇の決定・オンボーディング・配置、問題対応や退職面談等もご対応いただきます。

タレントマネジメントについてもメインで担当いただき、評価、タレントレビュー・サクセッションプラン、チェンジマネジメント、エンゲージメント向上策の実施、DE&Iプロジェクトの支援などを行っていただきます。

アジアパシフィックジャパン地域のタレントマネジメントダイレクターの支援も受けながら、グローバル、アジアパシフィックジャパンとの施策アラインも高いウエイト業務として想定されます。

2021年9月の会社合併により、会社全体としてもカルチャーチェンジや、組織の変更、各種オペレーションのフローが刷新されております。また、今後ビジネスとして注力する分野につきましては、外部・内部採用と定着が課題

になりますので、TA担当と協力しながら直接的に支援を頂きます。

幅広く、かつ時には専門的に課題解決を行っていく、戦略人事のポジションです。

採用、C&Bなど多くの分野を横断的に学びながら実行できるポジションとなり、将来的に管理職へのパスを描きやすいところが魅力です。

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

・報酬,トレーニング,組織開発,人材配置,従業員関係など,様々な分野における高度な人事スキルと深い知識を持っている

・戦略的な人材計画,チームビルディング,その他関連業務に経験とスキルを活かすことができる。

・人事ビジネスパートナーとして、企業・部門の成長と問題解決に対するサポートやアドバイスができる

・日本の雇用法関連の十分な知識を持っている

・少なくとも10年以上の人事領域実務経験（HRBPとしての職務経験含む）

・英語での会話と文章によるコミュニケーションスキルに長けていること。

・IT流通業界での実務経験があることが望ましい。

・企業内研修リード、インストラクターの経験

・日本における外資系企業での人事経験（米系企業での経験が望ましい）

・人事オペレーションの実務あるいは管理監督経験 What’s In It For You?
