About the role:
As an Intel Alliance Director, you will drive Intel-powered solutions, deliver incremental results, and establish a strategic framework to grow revenue and strengthen our partnership with Intel in Europe. This role is pivotal in orchestrating solutions, optimizing initiatives, and ensuring TD SYNNEX remains Intel’s preferred partner.
Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership: Drive profitability and business growth.
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute business strategy with European leadership.
Vendor & Customer Management: Develop senior-level relationships and business plans.
Market Growth: Identify opportunities and expand market share.
Operational Excellence: Oversee purchasing, sales, and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal leaders up to board level.
Escalation Management: Serve as the key contact for vendor issues.
Annual Operating Plan: Own and execute the business plan.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven P&L ownership and commercial negotiation experience.
Strong decision-making and relationship management skills.
Expertise in business planning, execution, and cross-functional influence.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.
Deep understanding of the IT marketplace and vendor partnerships.
Highly numerate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
