Finance Rotational Analyst Program
Job Purpose:
The Finance Rotational Analyst role offers recent graduates the opportunity to experience corporate finance through the lens of a Fortune 100 company. Participants will complete three rotations in Credit, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) over the course of nine months. The rotation will deliver strong foundational knowledge of corporate finance, positioning you for success in the next phase of your finance career. Upon program completion, participants will be assessed and consulted for full-time placement, with the goal of matching their skills and career aspirations with organizational needs. Space is limited for the program so apply today!
This program is on-site in our Clearwater, FL or Greenville, SC location(s) and selected co-workers would need to be able to commit to a hybrid work schedule. This position starts in June of 2025.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience) is required.
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, with a preferred focus in Finance.
- Capable of executing instructions and requesting clarification when needed.
- Showcases adeptness in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Recognizes and attends to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicates clearly and effectively conveys necessary information.
- Effectively converses and writes in English.
- Understands, communicates, and collaborates effectively with individuals across various identities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Effectively prioritizes multiple tasks.
- Collaborates well and builds solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Quickly learns/adapts to new systems and technology.
- Uses relevant computer systems and applications at a basic level.
