Program Manager - Digital Customer Lifecycle
About the Role
We're on the lookout for a bright, motivated, and switched-on Customer Lifecycle Program Manager to join our team! This role is all about supporting the deployment and development of TD SYNNEX's omni-channel digital transformation sales engagement strategy. You'll be at the forefront, leading and coordinating the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of our digital sales model by leveraging data, sales platforms, and automation.
As the voice of the customer, you'll build, test, and enhance our existing digital customer journeys to create a standout customer experience. This will also help us scale and centralize core engagement activities. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts and leaders from across the organization, including data, marketing automation, sales, e-commerce platforms and more.
In this highly visible role within TD SYNNEX’s Marketing Services organization, you'll have the opportunity to significantly influence the design and deployment of our digital sales strategy. Ultimately, you'll help shape next-generation business models and go-to-market approaches for our vendor and reseller partners.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage end-to-end lifecycle journeys, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to translate customer data into actionable insights.
Act as the internal voice of the customer in the design process, ensuring the delivery of an enhanced and differentiated experience.
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing automation, e-commerce, CRM, and sales) to optimize customer journeys.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and refine marketing programs.
Lead the deployment of digital sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Partner with external marketing agencies to convert strategies into market-ready assets for deployment.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.
Additional duties as assigned. International and domestic travel up to 10%.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or data-driven customer engagement preferred
Desired Education: Master of Science in Marketing. College degree in marketing or communications preferred, or equivalent work or military experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills are obtained.
Strong expertise in data analysis, marketing automation, CRM, e-commerce and ERP platforms.
Experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
Proven experience in project and process management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A strategic mindset with problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
Positive can-do attitude show success in following-up, and gets things done.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-centric environment and is eager to drive change.
Hybrid work environment out of our Greenville, SC office.
