About the Role:
TD SYNNEX is seeking an Inside Account Representative who excels in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you will manage specific accounts, proactively driving revenue and ensuring organizational profitability. This position requires experience in handling complex customer issues and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:
Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking to enhance growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions.
Generate new business through inbound and outbound communication.
Collaborate with the field sales team to respond to RFPs, and provide proposals.
Identify growth opportunities through research and execute strategic plans for your territory.
Develop and maintain detailed account profiles, identifying opportunities for additional TD SYNNEX solutions.
Coordinate customer engagement with internal departments.
Document procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegate tasks to internal support teams.
Attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders with sales support.
Maintain an understanding of TD SYNNEX strategies to effectively communicate value to customers.
Utilize project management skills to fulfill customer requests.

What We're Looking For:
A post-secondary degree is preferred.
1-3 years of IT sales experience or a relevant combination of experience and education.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Work as a team member managing customer emails from a shared mailbox, demonstrating strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and multi-task effectively.
A motivated sales professional with a proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and negotiate effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Adaptability to change and the ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards in all business activities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while fostering collaborative relationships.

Coordonner l'engagement des clients avec les d\u00E9partements internes.
Documenter les proc\u00E9dures pour les comptes de vente assign\u00E9s et d\u00E9l\u00E9guer des t\u00E2ches aux \u00E9quipes de soutien internes.
Assister aux \u00E9v\u00E9nements de TD SYNNEX et de l'industrie selon les besoins.
Assurer le traitement rapide et pr\u00E9cis des devis et des commandes avec le soutien des ventes.
Maintenir une compr\u00E9hension des strat\u00E9gies de TD SYNNEX pour communiquer efficacement la valeur aux clients.
Utiliser des comp\u00E9tences en gestion de projet pour r\u00E9pondre aux demandes des clients.
Ce que nous recherchons :
Un dipl\u00F4me postsecondaire est pr\u00E9f\u00E9r\u00E9.
1 \u00E0 3 ans d'exp\u00E9rience en vente IT ou une combinaison pertinente d'exp\u00E9rience et d'\u00E9ducation.
Ma\u00EEtrise interm\u00E9diaire de Microsoft Excel.
Travailler en tant que membre d'une \u00E9quipe g\u00E9rant les courriels des clients \u00E0 partir d'une bo\u00EEte de r\u00E9ception partag\u00E9e, en faisant preuve de solides comp\u00E9tences organisationnelles, de la capacit\u00E9 \u00E0 prioriser et \u00E0 g\u00E9rer plusieurs t\u00E2ches efficacement.
Un professionnel de la vente motiv\u00E9 avec un historique prouv\u00E9 de r\u00E9alisation des objectifs de vente et de conduite d'initiatives.
Excellentes comp\u00E9tences en communication, avec la capacit\u00E9 de transmettre des informations clairement et de n\u00E9gocier efficacement.
