About the role:
As a SAP CRM administrator/ specialist at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Request Manager Tool (RMT), ensuring its effective use across the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining the tool's functionality, providing support to users, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
Tool Management: Oversee daily RMT operations, manage user access, configure settings, and troubleshoot issues.
User Support: Address user queries, resolve technical issues, and provide training sessions.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance RMT performance and user experience.
Data Analysis: Analyze RMT data, identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights.
Collaboration: Work with IT, Operations, and sales/ front office to align RMT with organizational goals.
Documentation: Maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
What we're kindly looking for:
Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of SAP & EDI. Able to troubleshooting and workflow management experience, or workflow management tool experience
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerate skills to analyze data and identify trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Commercial acumen, lateral thinker, and problem solver.
Change Management: Experience in Change Management for business process improvement projects.
