Presales Consultant- Networking

Job Purpose:

• The trainee Systems Engineer's primary responsibility will be to provide Helpdesk support for the assigned solutions and services efficiently and efficiently to our clients while ensuring that we meet our SLAs.

• This is a hands-on technical role that requires a good understanding of the assigned technologies.

• The candidate will gain experience within a service desk and or support environment and will learn and be able to demonstrate given time and training, troubleshooting and managing our customers hosted environments.

Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming support tickets and calls in our Helpdesk for customers.

• Support the delivery of the assigned Solutions.

• Ensure compliance with set customer service standards and procedures.

• Maintenance of the infrastructure environment used to deliver our support operations, including systems for monitoring, alerting, emails, ticketing, security, authentication, and DC access.

• Adhere to policies and processes under our ISO27001 framework.

• Communicate with clients to ensure that we are meeting their needs.

• Update and maintain our technical knowledgebase and service desk ticketing system with all relevant information.

• When required, additional responsibilities other than those specified above.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience) is required.

Required Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Information Technology, Engineering, Systems engineering or Computer Science.
