Vendor Marketing Specialist
About the Role
As a Vendor Marketing Specialist, you’ll coordinate exciting marketing campaigns and build impactful partnerships supporting Vendor Marketing Managers and the accounts the team serves. You’ll coordinate marketing activities, handle MDF claims, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your expertise in campaign ROI and performance metrics will shine as you share insights with key stakeholders. Minimal travel (typically up to 15%).
What You’ll Do
Drive projects through workflow management systems
Manage Marketing Development Fund claims
Craft and deliver engaging marketing communications for events such as blitz days, webinars, sales trainings, etc.
Analyze ROI and share actionable insights
Plan and execute impactful campaigns
Lead process improvement projects
Take on additional responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in IT Distribution, Marketing, or similar industry preferred
College degree or equivalent work or military experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained preferred
Project Management knowledge is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Detail-oriented with exceptional time management, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are streamlined.
Confident in managing deadlines and adapting to dynamic priorities.
Proficient in technology, with intermediate skills in computer systems, including tools like PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with creative design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to amplify campaigns and drive engagement.
Working Conditions: Professional office environment - Hybrid in-office and remote work flexibility. In-office for hosted events. Some travel required.

Vos missions
Gérer les projets via des systèmes de gestion des flux de travail
Superviser les demandes de Fonds de Développement Marketing (MDF) et gérer les budgets
Concevoir et transmettre des communications marketing engageantes
Analyser le ROI et partager des recommandations exploitables
Planifier et exécuter des campagnes impactantes
Piloter des projets d’amélioration des processus
Assumer d’autres responsabilités selon les besoins
Ce que nous recherchons
Expérience :
1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans la distribution IT, le marketing ou un secteur similaire (préféré)
Formation & Certifications :
Licence en Marketing ou Commerce (préférée)
Connaissances en gestion de projet (un plus)
Compétences requises :
Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
Attention aux détails et excellente gestion du temps
Compétences avérées en présentation, négociation et création de relations
Capacité à gérer des délais serrés avec confiance
Maîtrise des technologies et des systèmes informatiques intermédiaires
