Manager (Dell製品 サーバー・ストレージ製品担当)

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities:

チームを持つマネージャー(管理職)として、またDellビジネスの社内責任者として、目標の数字の達成、顧客との関係確立と強化、社内のアジア本社関係者との関係確立と連携を実現するため以下のアクションをチームとして推進できるようメンバーをマネージャー(管理職)としてリードする。

Dell製品における ビジネスの拡大の為、製品の仕入れ、販売促進、在庫管理などを担当、ソリューションの建付けやリセラーへのトレーニング、市場への訴求などのGTMの立案を遂行。

Cloud やData&AI商材などTD SYNNEXが持つ他の商材やサービスとのコラボレーションを図り、ビジネスの最大化を目指す。

またソリューションセリングを通じての案件生成、案件クローズのサポート、リセラーの開拓においても営業チームと連携して対応。

Eco Systemを構築する上で様々なパートナーとの協業や、ソリューション構築の立案を進める。

常にIT技術動向、トレンドに対してアンテナを張り、営業/パートナー/エンドユーザへ最新の情報提供に努め、信頼を得る。

ベンダー・販売パートナーとユーザに対して訴求する販売・プロモーション戦略を自チーム・マーケティング担当とともに立案し、ビジネス拡大にむけ活動する。

年間・四半期の売り上げとその利益のターゲットの達成を評価対象とし、また在庫のコントロールにおいても評価される。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

【必須】

・HCI、サーバ、ストレージ、クラウド、ネットワークのインフラ製品の販売経験、または販売企画経験

・海外ITベンダーにおける製品担当としての勤務経験

・サーバー（HCI)、データセンター、ERPパッケージ、顧客管理システム（CRM)、ネットワークセキュリティのいずれかの取り扱い経験

・日本語：ネイティブ　英語：技術資料の読解、メールコミュニケーション

・プロジェクトマネージメント経験

【尚可】

・英語：ビジネス会話

・Dell社各種認定資格、MCSA、Linux LPIC、Azure,Google Cloud資格

・ITインフラ製品のプリセールスエンジニアとしての経験
