Operations Specialist
Job Purpose:
This position will enable the individual to play a key role between Finance and Business.TD TR Sales Operations Team's job description is done with 3-4 different teams in TD global such as Operations, Logistics, Import-Export,Procurement, Customer Service, Article creation, vendor reporting departments etc.But, our structure is based on 'end to end solution'. So, each team member is responsible all the processes from beginning to end.They are the single point of contact for partners and vendors for operational issues.There are 30 different vendors in our sales portfolio. Each team member is responsible of 3-5 different vendor process.Each vendor has their own unique processes and no one of them has the same processes. Therefore, they should be multi-functional.In addition, they have a key role for Finance. They are acting as a controlling between sales and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest possible quality of service, and manage issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure early resolution
- Managing and executing the order operations processes (Customer PO requirements check, PO & SO creation and Booking
PO to vendor)
- Has accountability for the order through the invoicing, delivery process, decision-making on the daily Operational execution and supporting in research and resolution of the
problematic issues
- Monitoring importation & exportation processes and transit of products and services from their shipping point abroad, until
delivery to the final in-country destination (closely cooperation with logistic)
- Preparing on a daily basis for all reporting (Backlog or Cash Flow or Forecast and additional ad-hoc reporting requested by
customers and management team)
- Providing appropriate information for the orders and other requests to the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attending meetings with vendors and customers, needs to be capable of having discussions looking for TDs needs and interests.
- Working with other departments to identify process improvements and help define, implement and deliver efficiency back into sales, our partners and vendors
- Ensure working within any service level agreement as defined by TD SYNNEX and/or the relevant Business Unit, their customers and partners.
- Managing RMA for damage products, order tracking and request revision and escalating decisions regarding exceptions and critical situations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
- Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
