• Negotiate and optimize contracts with landlords, utilities providers (water, electricity), and other critical service suppliers to manage operational costs effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and quality standards.

• Lead cost optimization and supplier diversification initiatives to ensure supply chain resilience.

• Analyze market trends and manage risks in a fast-paced, global supply chain environment.

• Support new product launches and engineering changes with strategic procurement solutions.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or commodity buying within the automotive industry.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in SAP, MRP, and advanced Excel.

• Expertise: Understanding of BOMs, IATF 16949 standards, and manufacturing processes.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Polish.
