ABOUT THE ROLE:

In our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit we are looking for an Internal Sales that will be responsible mainly (but not only) for Azure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area

• Inside selling/Upselling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes

• Manage customers' requests through our ticketing tool (In english)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role

• Excellent telephone manner/communication skills

• Prior experience as Inside sales or in the IT industry

• Previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM - Ideally

• Italian advanced; English intermediate
