Digital and AI Communications Specialist

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Transformation Technology Communications, the Digital and AI Communications Specialist will provide communications support for TD SYNNEX's Digital and AI strategic initiatives, as well as other technology and transformation initiatives and special projects on a global level.

What you'll do:

• Acting as the primary communications representative for TD SYNNEX’s Digital and AI Responsible Transformation (DART) team by developing communication strategies and materials for our AI initiatives, including internal announcements, updates on progress of DART’s work, townhalls, leadership meetings, and videos, including coordinating with the corporate communications team to deliver timely updates to co-workers.

• Identifying internal and external speaking engagements and creating presentations in support of those opportunities.

• Support ad hoc digital transformation communications internally, including partnering with the Technology team to understand ongoing projects and opportunities to socialize them with the business.

What we're looking for:

• 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience

• Bachelor's degree required - Communications or Similar field preferred

• Strong story-telling skills and well-versed in modern internal and external communications platforms and tools.

• Ability to absorb technical information and develop clear, concise communications for a general, non-technical audience.

• Experience partnering with senior and/or executive-level representatives to develop and deliver on communications strategies.

• Multi-cultural interpersonal skills, ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others and interact effectively with all levels of management.

• Skill to adjust readily to change, work constructively under stress and meet the demands of high workloads and deadlines.

• The highest social, ethical and organizational standards, with ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Ability to use relevant computer system applications and experience in PowerPoint, Canva, and online publishing tools.

• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
