Intern - Garage Gurus

Respond to technical phone inquiries for multiple product lines through the DRiV Technical contact center. After-Market replacement products for Automotive Passenger car / Light and HD truck, and High-Performance products including: Wagner Brakes and Lighting, Fel-Pro Sealing systems, Speed Pro/ Sealed Power & FP Diesel engine components, Moog Steering / Chassis components, Monroe/ Rancho Ride Control products, Walker/ Dynomax & Thrush Exhaust products, National Bearing and Seals, Champion Ignition and Filters.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years automotive/truck service or parts counter education. Excellent mechanical repair and communication skills. Ability to gather, organize and present data gained from calls. PC proficient with skills for reporting, charts, graphs and KPIs.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Experience in dealership and or independent shop where diagnostic skills were used. Experience with customer contact and conflict resolution. Strong skills and knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Power BI.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING: High School diploma. ASE certifications or the ability to obtain them preferred. In process toward bachelor’s degree in automotive technology.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/TRAINING: Working toward obtaining bachelor’s degree in automotive technology. ASE Master certification.
