Job Purpose:

Join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a Bid Support Analyst ! This role is primarily responsible for:

• Creation of the vendor price promotions in our systems (UAN - unique approval number) based on the documentation & approval received from the vendors/finance directors.

• Liaising with our sales force to get the price promotions to our customers through our platform Intouch.

• Committed with our customer to meet daily department SLAs and provide quality to avoid negative financial impacts. 

Responsibilities:

• UAN creation in our system

• Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation

• Basic data base maintenance

• Supporting the sale team to ensure the correct pricing has been applied.

• Assistance in the corrective invoices prices.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Execute instructions and request clarification when needed.

• Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Being methodical and learning to set priorities.

• Communication skills at all levels of the business ( verbal and written) in Spanish & English.

• A communicative person with their colleagues, adapting to working with, and being part of, a team.

• Being adaptable to changes in an ever changing market.

• Work independently with minimum supervision.

• Results and customer oriented person.

• Basic computer skills and practical knowledge of excel and outlook.

• Previous experience in SAP is considered a plus.
