Inside Account Representative

Job Purpose:

Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX - SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES is looking for an Inside Account Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills to successfully manage the growth and profitability of assigned territory.

• Generates new business through inbound and outbound calling.

• Identifies business growth opportunities through research and executes growth plans for the sales territory.

• Responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels. Align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals. Helps coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing either directly or through executing actions of these groups.

• Builds and maintains detailed account profiles for each customer and has ability to identify opportunities to attached additional TTD SYNNEX - SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES solution offerings where applicable.

• Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegates repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX - SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES support teams.

• Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.

• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers.

• Possesses basic understanding of TD SYNNEX - SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES strategy and initiatives and can provide value proposition to customer base.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to effectively multi-task.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
