Collection Analyst

TD SYNNEX Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México (Onsite) Full-Time

Job Purpose:

The Credit Review and AR Analyst reviews new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms, and reviews sales orders for release for a large dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role collaborates closely with AR team, sales organization, and customers to gather necessary information to maximize revenue potential while mitigating excessive credit risk.

Activities:

  • Manage the collection of invoiced services, ensuring the correct receipt of payments.
  • Monitor bank transactions to verify the timely receipt of payments.
  • Follow up on clarifications and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Request and manage credit notes as necessary.
  • Approve orders sent by the commercial department, ensuring proper processing.
  • Work with metrics, tracking key performance indicators.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economic-administrative fields.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable, ideally in the service sector.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of electronic invoicing and related processes.
  • Experience in commercial closures, managing processes and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective relationships.
  • Ability to express yourself clearly and confidently.
