Sales & marketing support specialist
Arconic is currently in search of a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our European Commercial team in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

Responsibility
The incumbent in this role is providing support to the Commercial team in strong alignment with Kitts Green and Koefem plant. This scope will be managed in 75% of her time, in average. In 25% of her time, she is providing professional support to the Koefem Customer Service team.
Key tasks and activities
Commercial scope
- Provide accurate data for Capacity Allocation optimization to ensure most profitable mix
- Contract and Compliance monitoring
- New Customer/Product/Process Development tracking, driving Growth Initiatives
- Marketing efforts to identify new growth segments/customers.
- Support to Sales on Planning & Forecast accuracy including system administration.
- Driving the monthly unconstrained demand review and hand off process
- Coordinating sustainability activities with and efficient deployment
- SPA for several sales & marketing activities (Alu Fair, promotion, etc.)
Customer Service scope
- Admin tasks: customer/market mapping, sales group, market group maintenance etc.
- Consult and/or participate in customer service-related brainstorming meetings upon request from Teamleader or Supervisor
- Provide her expertise in issue resolution if requested by TL or Supervisor
- Participate in Arconic Direct related meetings, testing, brainstorming .
- In general beyond the above said the incumbent shall be held responsible to execute any orders/instructions of her superiors that raises from the necessities of her organization providing that they are not against the effective law or company rules.
Basic requirements:
- At least College degree
- At least 3 years of working experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales / marketing / customer service or in similar role.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Prefered requirements:
- At least College degree, preferable in economics /business management / accounting or similar.
- At least 3 years of working experience preferable in sales / customer service / marketing.
- Working experience in the industry is an advantage.
Essential knowledge and skills:
- Computer analytical query techniques. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint.
- Ability to understand the broader organizational picture and processes.
- Financial, sales, and accounting acumen.
- Possess a strong analytical mind/scientific approach in order to have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization and to cross organizational boundaries.
- Possess a strong desire to help, drive bottom line results, a strong desire for continuous learning, possess a natural curiosity to seek the ideal state, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
