Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from customers regarding orders, missing deliveries, and other customer service-related issues;
- Process customer orders and enter them into the SAP system, or advise customers on using electronic systems (e.g., Teccom/EDI);
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve issues with missing deliveries;
- Maintain and update customer data in the system, including managing master data and canceling outdated orders;
- Prepare and send backlog reports to customers;
- Work with data in Excel, including creating and analyzing reports;
- Participate in training and development to improve customer service skills and adapt to new systems used within the company.
Requirements:
- High level of written and spoken English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Passion for customer service, with a willingness to enhance skills and improve service quality;
- Confidence in communicating with customers and internal stakeholders;
- Willingness to participate in training and adapt skills to changing business requirements;
- Experience in customer service or administration (required);
- Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry (preferred);
- Minimum secondary education (e.g., GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English, grade C or above);
- Knowledge of the SAP system (preferred, but not required).
