Business Development Manager II
Responsabilidades e atribuições
Foco em novos negócios na linha de atuação;
Tem como métrica o recrutamento de novos canais e desenvolvimento deles nas linhas de negócios em que está atuando;
Integrar as equipes de vendas e de produtos ;
Desenvolver os planos de negócios dos canais ;
Garantir o engajamento e manutenção dos canais nos programas de desenvolvimento de negócios;
Elaborar relatórios mensais sobre a evolução e resultados da carteira;
Construir relacionamento com os AM's e BDM's dos Vendors para alinhamento das ações junto aos canais.
Realizar cumprimento das metas da unidade;
Análisar tendências de mercado;
Ter relacionamento com os fabricantes e principais canais;
Promover a cooperação entre as demais áreas da empresa. Requisitos e qualificações
Formação completa em Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Administração ou a áreas correlatas
Conhecimento no mercado de distribuição;
Conhecimento dos fabricantes o qual vai trabalhar;
Inglês intermediário/Avançado;
Experiência em funções semelhantes como Account Manager, Gerente de Relacionamento.
