Global Ad Tech Agency Director
Description
Yahoo is seeking a Global Ad Tech Agency Director for a specific agency or set of agencies. In this role, you will directly manage agency relationships and agency partnerships, ultimately serving as their Yahoo Ambassador and trusted advisor, while driving Yahoo's media, data and DSP platform revenue.
Responsibilities
Build and elevate relationships with senior decision makers within assigned agencies to continuously uncover strategic opportunities to drive Yahoo revenue.
Influence agency partners to drive preference for Yahoo and grow advertising spend from existing and new advertisers on Yahoo DSP.
Aid in the development of the go-to-market strategy and product development as well as identifying new areas of opportunity.
Build Yahoo semi-annual strategic plans for assigned agencies, including analysis of agency revenue and clear coverage plan
Identify and collaborate across the team to educate and inform the agencies about the Holding Company Annual Commercial Agreement, as well as key pillars of focus (e.g. Data partnerships, Platform adoption, Commerce)
Organize and host events for agencies, along with internal partners, including training, office hours, product sessions and entertainment.
Partner with internal sales teams to identify and develop opportunities for account growth.
Collaborate with a number of internal specialists (i.e. data, platform) as needed to meet Holding Company Strategic Plan requirements and deliverables
Agency account management including, but not limited to: maintaining contact lists, establishing meeting cadence with (internal and external) key stakeholders, seeking out new relationships/contacts, developing quarterly business reviews, organizing and coordinating agency education initiatives, fulfilling ad hoc agency requests and breaking down obstacles .
Keep abreast of Yahoo capabilities and product offerings via learning and on-site training
Skills and Experience
Previous experience partnering with media agencies in a revenue-driving role, preferably for a DSP or within the Ad Tech landscape.
A solid understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and the main players. Familiarity with DSPs, their core functionality, their supply and data partner connections, and how they enable advertisers to meet their KPIs.
Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.
Comfortable with uncertainty and constant change.
Track record of partnering with teams across the business to achieve aligned goals.
Strong internal and external communication (written and verbal), ensuring Sales, Agency Team, other department leaders, and clients are well informed.
Highly organized and efficient in managing administrative tasks. Quick to respond to inquiries and adept at maintaining control over business operations

) page to learn more.The compensation for this position ranges from $188,625.00 - $393,125.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
