Financial Solutions Operations
Overview:
Provides support to the sales team assisting with quoting and all back-office processes associated with TD SYNNEX Capital’s business. Performs customer engagements, quote follow up, pipeline management, and provides operational functions for financial solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required
Supports TD SYNNEX Capital sales team
Act as a point of contact that is responsible for the back-office processes associated with financial solutions transactions
May on occasion create quotations at the direction of a sales team member, or other vendor requested quotation for financial transactions
Works with external customers to ensure understanding and adherence to the funding process(es)
Reviews all finance documents and bank invoices for completeness and accuracy
Prepares financial documents and obtains information and signatures from external customers as needed
Tracks incoming payments and provides advice to Accounting regarding application
Performs in depth external customer credit review and releases orders per established guidelines
Tracks orders to completion and obtains necessary serial numbers on product
Ensures proper data mapping between sales system and financing system
Coordination and liaising between TD SYNNEX Capital and internal customers
Troubleshooting for internal and external customers
Works with management to establish reporting cadence
Attend meetings with financial solutions vendors to review outstanding work
Qualifications
Experience:
3+ Years of relevant work experience in administrative and financial processes.
Financial Solutions or Sales Operations experience a plus.
Speak and write fluent English (Advanced C1/ C2).
Experience reviewing financial documents and bank invoices for completeness and accuracy
Microsoft Office Excel.
Education & Certifications:
Associate Degree with Business, Administrative, Financial or related Field of Study preferred.
