About the role:

A Product Manager in Digital Commerce is responsible of supporting the established vision and direction of our cloud platform. The team is responsible for defining the strategy for both external and internal customers on our Cloud platform. Facilitate clear communication between different platform components and educate customers on how to use it effectively. Ensure users have a strong understanding of the platform's tools and collaborate with various internal teams to customize the platform for different countries and regions.

What you'll do:

• Overseeing and managing specific platform functions.

• Handling strategic aspects such as vendor onboarding and billing.

• Driving regional enhancements based on each market's needs.

• Measuring efficiency in achieving these goals.

• Increasing platform adoption for key functions.

• Improving customer satisfaction metrics.

• Defining and tracking expected ROI.

• Scaling the platform while enhancing user experience.

What we're kindly looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• Experience driving Product Adoption

• Cloud platform expertise and/ or Marketplace experience
