Vendor Business Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support the management team in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a background in Business Administration, preferably with experience in the IT sector, and advanced skills in tools such as Excel and Smartsheets.

Responsibilities:

• KPI Management: Monitor and report key performance indicators to evaluate the success of business initiatives.

• Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and organizational performance.

• Management Support: Provide support in strategic decision-making by preparing reports and data analysis.

• Dashboard Design: Create and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize data and facilitate decision-making.

• Executive Presentations: Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management that summarize key findings and recommendations.

• Co-investment Program: Participate in the development and analysis of co-investment opportunities across different markets.

• Investment Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports on the performance and feasibility of investments.

• International Information Gathering: Collect and synthesize information from various countries for presentation to the U.S. headquarters.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to align strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

• Business Administration Background.

• Experience in the IT sector: Preferred.

• English: Advanced level; Portuguese knowledge is a plus.

• Tool Proficiency: Excel and Smartsheets.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and transform information into effective strategies.
