Junior Sales Account Manager
Arconic is currently in search of Junior Sales Account Manager to join our European Commercial team in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

Primary Responsibilities
The incumbent in this role will participate in a wide range of trainings including on the job trainings with the aim to become a „ready now” Sales Account Manager within 2-3 years. During this period he will learn the Sales and Customer Service processes and also provides support to these teams in different areas, like proces improvement, product development, marketing activites, reporting. Also direct sales actions might be deployed. He / she works under the supervision of the European Commercial Director.
Key Objectives
Commercial scope
- New Customer/Product/Process Development tracking, driving Growth Initiatives,
- Marketing efforts to identify new growth segments/customers,
- Coordinating sustainability activities with and efficient deployment,
- SPA for several sales & marketing activities (Alu Fair, promotion, etc.),
- Contract and Compliance monitoring.
Customer Service scope
- Consult and/or participate in customer service-related brainstorming meetings upon request from Team leader or Supervisor,
- Provide expertise in issue resolution,
- Participate in Arconic Direct related meetings, testing, brainstorming.
- In general, beyond the above said the incumbent shall be held responsible to execute any orders/instructions of her superiors that raises from the necessities of her organization providing that they are not against the effective law or company rules.
Basic Qualifications
- At least College degree,
- At least 3 years of working experience in a sales role,
- Excellent English and strong German knowledge written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least College degree, preferable in economics /business management / accounting or similar,
- At least 3 years of working experience preferable in sales in the metal industry,
- Working experience in the aluminum industry is an advantage.
Essential knowledge and skills
- The candidate should display strong technical abilities and negotiation skills and be self-directed.
- The incumbent works with structure and method in an international environment.
- He/she should have strong responsiveness and hands-on mentality towards customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint,
- Ability to understand the broader organizational picture and processes,
- Financial, sales, and accounting acumen,
- Possess a strong desire to help, drive bottom line results, a strong desire for continuous learning, possess a natural curiosity to seek the ideal state, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
