Sales Operations & Strategy Manager
The Business Operations & Strategy team is a critical partner to Global Revenue leadership, driving operational excellence and providing strategic guidance across the organization. We champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency while working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Yield/Pricing, Compensation, Marketing, and Product. This role specifically focuses on supporting operational processes for our DSP sales team. We seek a dynamic professional who demonstrates exceptional critical thinking and execution capabilities. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our revenue operations while working alongside industry leaders in digital media.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Implementation: Execute strategic initiatives and projects in partnership with senior team members to drive business growth and efficiency
Strategic Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges, develop comprehensive solutions, and lead implementation efforts with executive oversight
Process Excellence: Design and optimize scalable workflows that enhance sales operations, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and accuracy
Operational Leadership: Support senior leadership in managing critical business functions including sales incentives, quota management, OKR tracking, expense management, resource allocation, and performance analytics
Required Skills & Competencies:
Deep understanding of digital media sales and monetization landscapes
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities with demonstrated success in building consensus
Advanced analytical capabilities with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Expert project management and organizational abilities
Demonstrated success operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in digital media or operations management, with specific focus on DSP/programmatic advertising
Experience supporting sales teams in an operational capacity
Proven track record of successful partnership with executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholder groups

) page to learn more.The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
