Inside Sales Specialist

職務内容             

外資系ITディストリビューターとして、多くのベンダーの製品やソリューションを取り扱っています。その中で内勤営業業務をしていただきます。

教育事業部門は教育機関を主なエンドユーザーとするリセラー（販売代理店）に向けて卸売販売を行なっています。

教育事業推進本部インサイドセールス部では、それに関わる営業活動を行なっています。

取り扱い商材はPC、スマートフォン、サーバー、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク機器、クラウドサービスなど、幅広いICT機器・ICT周辺機器を扱います。

具体的な職務内容             

• 内勤営業担当として主に電話やメール、オンライン商談での営業活動を行ってもらいます。 
• 関係者(部署内営業チーム、社内仕入れチーム・ソリューションチーム、社外取引ベンダー等)と連携し、お客様のニーズや条件に合った商材の選定・提案し、案件の創出・管理・獲得等営業活動をしてもらいます。
• 基本業務は問い合わせ対応(電話、メール)と見積作成となり、提案や業務を通してお客様とのリレーションを構築・維持・強化していただきます。 
• 主な取り扱い製品は、Microsoft、Google、HP、DELL、lenovo等を中心にIT関連製品(ハードウェア、ソフトウェア)・ソリューションを幅広く取り扱いしています。

求めるスキル      

• 基本的なPC操作（エクセル（四則演算、IF関数、Vlook、Pivot）、Word、Power Point（プレゼン資料作成）、Outlook）
• ビジネスにおけるコミュニケーション能力（メール含む）
• 業務遂行能力

求める経験          

• 【必須】法人向け営業経験3年以上 
• 【尚可】パートナーセールス経験もしくは内勤営業経験がある方、IT関連製品（ハードウェア、ソフトウェア）の販売経験がある方
