Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
Supports and manages the coordination of material collection for the marketing activities purchased by TD SYNNEX-SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES Vendor Partners. Coordinate the Marketing ORP (Online Recognition Program) for assigned vendors, communicates program changes, and status. Enhance the Marketing ORP (Online Recognition Program) catalog of offerings while implementing process improvements. Communicate, collects, process, and enters data regarding Marketing Investments, into appropriate systems and generates regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. Supports and manages the coordination of material collection for Marketing Programs.
What You'll Do:
Notifies respective internal clients/vendor partners of deadlines and upcoming activities. (10%)
Monitors assigned marketing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion. (15%)
Tracks and understands budgets, discretionary funds, and other funds for marketing programs and incentives. (15%)
Responsible for all marketing activity proof of performance. (15%)
Utilizes and manipulates data in internal tools to ensure the accuracy of the business partners' marketing incentive (15%)
Works with internal teams to ensure a best-in-class incentive process, and customer experience. (15%)

What We're Looking For:
Experience:
1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Working Conditions:
Professional, office environment.

Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
