TD SYNNEX is now looking for a Financial Analyst and driven accountant for our Belgrade finance headquarters covering SouthEast Europe (focus on Adriatic).
Become a focal point in finance SEE world, covering all financial aspects for driving a country's financials, liasoning with statutory & tax advisors, Group reporting within SAP and support business growth of the region!
The right candidate is motivated by interesting accounting challenges and appreciates understanding/ developing new processes and procedures to minimize risk, strengthen internal controls and increase efficiency.

Your background:\u00A0\u00A0
You have an education in finance and at least 2-4 years' experience within accounting, preferably from an international group, with working in English environment and SAP knowledge.\u00A0 As a person, you are curious and committed and you have the ability and interest to work in a dynamic environment and to interact with people at all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities:
Be in charge of TD SYNNEX's SouthEast Europe country's finance processes on Group and local level, with support and coordination alongside external consultants;
Acts as a liaison to the statutory and tax consultants and external/internal auditors on accounting items and analyses;
Completion and review of key functions as part of the month end closing process, including the preparation and input of journal entries;
Record transactions for the various ledgers including accruals, payroll postings, non-trade invoices, bank statements as well as intercompany transactions;
Create and maintain effective steps to account for TD Synnex ledgers in line with company's accounting policies;
Work with tax advisors towards solving all tax related queries;
Preparation and execution of monthly accounting tasks such as intercompany and consolidation projects;
Understand and execute against key control activities over the financial close process;
Continuous improvement in month end close and other items of work
Provide ad-hoc assistance with other finance projects as and when required

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Initial studies in Finance, Accounting or economics
2-4 years of previous experience in finance position
SAP experience
Excel experience
Proficient English and good interpersonal skills
Good\u00A0organizational skills
