To expand our team, we are looking for a person to provide direct support to the Nutanix team.

Nutanix, Inc. is an American cloud computing company that sells software for datacenters and hybrid multi-cloud deployments. This includes software for virtualization, Kubernetes, database-as-a-service, software-defined networking, security, as well as software-defined storage for file, object, and block storage.

Your responsibilities will be:

• To support the business unit on all aspects of product maintenance and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Development and regular maintenance of TD SYNNEX intranet site to ensure an effective first port of call for the Sales Floor
• Develop a level of product knowledge to assist in first line queries that cannot be solved via the Sales Floor use of the intranet
• Assist to priorities and resolve internal customer issues
• Prepare callout day offer sheets and administer compass campaigns
• Support the Sales Floor with the vendor bid process
• Recognition and appropriate escalation of potential problems
• To support the category and business development team with day-to-day operational activities

Your experiences and knowledge:

• Interest in the B2B technology sector
• Good level of English
• Motivation and willingness to learn and perform new tasks
• Be proactive and have effective communication skills to work in a team
• Time management and prioritizing skills
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of Office 365
• Interpersonal Skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Programmes and Competition would be an advantage
• Spanish will be a plus.
