Job Purpose:  

As a Technical Enterprise Consultant at DART (Digital and AI responsible transformation), you will be pivotal in designing Digital and AI solutions that drive business success. You will collaborate with stakeholders to leverage machine learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to achieve business outcomes, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration. Your role involves guiding teams in applying these solutions to specific use cases, conducting final reviews to ensure operational readiness, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. You will also stay abreast of advancements in AI and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy and Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design Digital and AI solutions, leveraging machine learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to meet business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration.

• Model Optimization and Deployment: Guide the optimization of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for performance and scalability. Assist teams in applying AI solutions to specific use cases and ensure their effective deployment in production environments.

• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical artifacts and diagrams to document AI solutions, including NLP and ML models, and establish best practices for transparency, fairness, and accountability in LLM-based applications.

• Research and Continuous Improvement: Conduct research to enhance AI capabilities and stay updated with advancements in AI technologies. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Performance Evaluation: Analyze and preprocess data, evaluate the performance of AI models, and propose necessary optimizations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in artificial intelligence, including ML, NLP, and data analysis.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy).

• Hands-on experience with deploying LLMs, multimodal LLMs, prompt engineering, and data embedding.

• Experience in technical solution design, implementation, and creating technical documentation.

• Skilled in bias detection, model guardrails, data preprocessing, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (preferably Azure) and logic programming languages (e.g., Prolog).

• 3+ years in a similar role involving AI or digital transformation projects.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
