A Lot About You
The Intern role is an opportunity to bring a fresh set of eyes to our team and partner closely with Facilities, Real Estate, Security and Studios across AMER, APAC & EMEA assisting with project based work and deliverables. Work will be a rotational basis with exposure to all functions under the team and also require collaboration across other Central Service functions throughout the Company.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Business Operations the role will have a direct impact on our customers and services around the world.

Responsibilities
Attend & participate in weekly and ad-hoc staff, planning and operational meetings
Learn basics of day-to-day operations across each Team SCORE segment
Partner with cross-functional team members to document and maintain current and future state processes
Review programming and operational requirements
Validate large data sets that include financial and operational terms and values
Participate and assist in launching new or improving existing tools and applications across our team
Day-to-day activities will depend on major and candidate and could include any of the following:

Data/Finance/Real Estate
Export and review raw data files from portals and systems to identify anomalies
Create taxonomy for files and folder structure
Review and update space planning related data (CAD/CAFM) and cloud based technologies
Build templates for fiscal planning cycles
Evaluate, document and re-engineer processes and tools with a focus to automate and reduce reliance on manual workflows
Review / abstract lease documentation

Security / Safety
Review threat assessment documentation
Participate in crisis management / resilience program
Ensure offices are in compliance with regional and local codes, rules & regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Assist with ESG annual reporting

Facility & Studio Operations
Participate in design/build construction, fit-out and decommission projects / efforts
Understand and document soft services
Assist with production schedule and workflow management
Requirements
Pursuit of Bachelors or Masters degree in business, real estate management, or related field
Prior internship experience working in professional environment with customer facing roles
Problem solver, know how to break down complex problems into simple steps and actions
Adaptable to changing priorities
Familiarity with Financial terms and acumen for OpEx and CapEx planning and management
Ability for travel up to 3 days per occurrence
Solutions-oriented mindset to with ability to actively participate in high-impact projects
Understanding of creative process, needs, tools and industry trends
Effective and collaborative stakeholder across the organization
Ability to build relationships
