[TW EC] Procurement Analyst
[Responsibilities]
Procurement: 70%
Supports Procurement System Implementation
Establish and maintain procurement policies, compliance and procedures
Partners with Legal department to review commercial terms and ensure contracts/SOW properly define requirements if required
Responds to stakeholder questions as related to procurement polices and POs
Supports sourcing activities by working with stakeholders to prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs), reviews bids, and negotiates with external vendors to secure that value for money and excellent service levels are maintained
Improves payment terms and optimizes them resulting in optimized cash flows and a significant reduction in deposit invoices pre-event
Supports Procurement System Implementation
Other Ad-hoc assignments as requested by leadership team
Treasury and Facility/General Administrative Duties not limited to : 30%
Support Treasury duties such as creating daily payments as required
Timely update bank balance and actual payment records
Maintain cash flow reports
Annual insurance renewal
Other Ad-hoc financial and administrative duties as requested by management team
[Job Requirement]
Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a procurement function, with a strong focus on system implementation and process improvement experience
Education: Degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting or a related subject area is preferred
[Skills and Knowledge]
Quality Awareness: Expertise in applying and communicating procurement policies, laws, and procedures, with a willingness to adapt practices to meet unique business needs.
IT Proficiency: Strong knowledge of procurement systems, IT infrastructure, and process automation. Experience with system implementation and the ability to pivot when facing system challenges are highly valued.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with an adaptive approach to engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, with flexibility to support cross-functional teams and evolving business priorities.
