Quality Coordinator
Job Description
Position has responsibility of managing the process for creation, review and release of engineering quality systems documents and ensuring that these documents meet Tenneco and TS16949 requirements. Position is also responsible for verification of controlled documents of external origin such as, specifications, standards, customer specifics, etc. In addition, this position has responsibility for managing the internal audit process. The responsibility also includes the duties of Quality System liaison with Tenneco's Certification Body during semi-annual certification audits.
Required Skills
Required Skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 3 years quality auditing experience
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across various levels.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Trained as a TS16949 Auditor and Lead Assessor
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in applying TS16949 requirements
