Graduate Engineer Trainee
. Experience in New Product Process Tooling, Equipment development from RFQ till Start of Production.
2. Must have Knowledge of different welding technology & its basics, Robotic welding & its applications, CNC Programming, Development of Welding fixtures, tooling, etc.
3. Must have knowledge & understanding of Press Components & Its Processes, Pipe Bending & Its Processes, Catalytic Converter canning & Its processes, Muffler Manufacturing & its processes.
4. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Quality Tools, Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement, Process Corrections, Process documentation such as SOP, Process Flows, etc.
5. Knowledge of Process Layouts, Lean Manufacturing Concepts, Process Wastes, etc. Handle independent project with added responsible for projects from his repartees.
6. Develop supplier RFQ intended equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, etc. considering intended output for serial production & process requirements
7. Inhouse tools, fixtures and die maintenance and Spares management
8. Tools and consumables cost optimization and Low-cost automation projects
