Team Lead, Rebate Accounting

Job Purpose:  

TD SYNNEX株式会社のファイナンス部門の一員として、ディストリビューターにとって必要不可欠な、リベート管理をリードして頂くポジションです。

正確なリベート会計を担保する為に、上席マネージャーによるサポートの元、チームのメンバーに対してタイムリーにガイダンスを与えるだけでなく、ご自身もハンズオンで取り組んで頂く形で、月次決算に加えて業務プロセスの改善をリードして頂きます。

また、ファイナンス部門内だけでなく、営業やマーケティング、プロダクトマネジメントといった他部門と関わる形になります。
