About the role:

As IT Product Manager in Digital Commerce, you will be responsible for setting the vision and direction of a team for next 1-2 years, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, reporting out on the business results to the senior leadership, and working across myriad of regional and cross organizational stakeholders to support sustained growth rate and enable rapid innovation in the programs.

What you'll do:

• Organize Regional Stakeholders

• Identify Opportunities (Industry Research, Competitive Analysis)

• Build Product Strategy & Roadmap (3-Year Strategy, 4-Quarter Roadmap, 3-Month Backlog)

• Establish and Measure KPIs (Revenue, Margin, Orders, CSAT, NPS, Customer Visits, Accounts)

• Define Product Requirements  (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories)

• Coordinate Design of Customer Experience (UX Visual Design, Concept and Usability Testing)

• Manage Product Testing (Business and IT Quality Assurance, Show-n-Tell, Demos, Release Readiness)

• Assist Business Rollout (Business Training, Sales Support)

What we're kindly looking for:

• 4 to 6 Years of relevant work experience.

• Bachelor's Degree with Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required.

• Other Education / Certifications: Product Owner/Manager Certification
