Principal HR Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our People Solutions and Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in leading and managing HR projects, process analysis, agile execution, and with strong stakeholder, relationship, and schedule management. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality. This Project Manager will work across the Service Transformation, HR Technology & Total Rewards portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality
Lead projects with a highly consultative approach, actively seeks input and collaboration from stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that drives successful outcomes
Utilize Agile methodologies to execute projects and maintain project schedules, and use tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, and other project management software
Monitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Communications:
Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure that project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are understood and met

Business Analysis:
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, objectives, and outcomes
Develop requirements documents and visual wireframes/prototypes
Conduct process analysis to identify improvements and optimize project delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Project Management or related field
5+ years of experience in HR Project Management and/or Business Analysis
Proven experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completion
Proven business analysis experience eliciting requirements and building visual wireframes
Experience in process analysis and process improvement methodologies
Experience with Agile execution methodologies
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools such as Jira
Project Management and/or agile certifications are preferred, such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master
Desired Competencies

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

) page to learn more.The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
