Social Media and Affiliate Advertising Specialist

Position Overview:

The Social Media and Affiliate Advertising Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns and affiliate marketing programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital advertising and a solid understanding of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful campaigns and a passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Social Media Advertising:**

  • Develop and implement social media advertising strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve marketing goals.
  • Work alongside Organic Social team to identify top performing content appropriate to relevant audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to design compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

2. **Affiliate Advertising:**

  • Manage affiliate agency partner to design, launch, and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize programs.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, including incentives and special offers, to drive affiliate engagement and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate agreements and industry regulations.

3. **Reporting and Analysis:**

  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media and affiliate advertising campaigns.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions, refine strategies, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and industry benchmarks.

4. **Collaboration and Communication:**

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media and affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and stakeholders regarding campaign progress and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media advertising and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media ad campaigns and affiliate programs.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and affiliate marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
