Sr. Visual Designer
We are looking for an experienced and creative Visual Designer to join the Yahoo Design Studio team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the brand voice to the visual elements across various digital touch points. They should have a deep understanding of design and branding principles and be able to stay up to date on industry trends, and deliver creative solutions that match our brand’s voice.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interface (UI) components for web and mobile applications.
Create intuitive user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use.
Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the user interface meets requirements and aligns with user needs.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in graphic design/product design.
Expert understanding of principles of design — layout, color & typography.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or other design software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong portfolio of previous work

) page to learn more.The compensation for this position ranges from $120,750.00 - $251,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
